"The building's design is inspired by the surrounding nature, and winds in a curved shape on the plot. The building houses a community-oriented housing complex designed as a superstructure with sustainability and co-living at the fore. The winding building can be experienced from the roof via a public path that winds its way across the building and up to a height of six floors with a view over Lake Lyngby. The planting on the roof has a great variety of areas with cut grass, tall grasses and perennials."
